Alison Ward DHypPsych(UK)

I am committed to supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential through the provision of cost-effective Training, Coaching and Therapy.

Having suffered myself, in earlier years, from the effects of a difficult childhood and the negative impact that had on my ability to achieve well- being, I have always been passionately interested in personal development and psychology. Discovering the power of Hypnotherapy has enabled me to make the changes that working with my conscious mind alone could not achieve.

I developed The Sphere Programme as the result of years of researching various approaches to life-management and optimum well-being and reading a vast selection of self help and mind / body / spirit books. I am particularly grateful to, and influenced by, the work of Jack Black (Mindstore), Ekharte Tolle (The Power of Now), Richard Carlson (Stop Thinking Start Living) and Joe Griffin & Ivan Tyrell (Human Givens). My dearest wish is that as many people as possible will benefit from the energy, success and positivity that results from using The Sphere Programme.

Before qualifying as a Coach I worked for many years in mental health and as a Personal Development Trainer. I have also been a Production / Personnel Manager, a Graphic Artist and a Charity Project Co-ordinator - training & supporting volunteers to befriend people with life threatening illness at home. These roles taught me a lot about what is really important to us all.

My Life Coaching Course was co-written by the fabulous Fiona Harold and I was a member of her wonderful 'Success Group' in London during Winter / Spring 2006/7. My Performance Coaching Diploma course was co-written by the ever-elegant Angus McLeod and I received personal coaching from an experienced NLP coach during my training. I now network with other coaches and hypnotherapists and have regular supervision / mentoring. In addition to my Coaching qualifications I also hold an NLP Diploma and a Hypnotherapy / Psychotherapy Diploma with Uncommon Knowledge in Brighton.

I have two wonderful grown up, very independent children who are both successful musicians and artists living full and happy lives. I am very proud of them both.

I live near the sea in East Sussex, love to read, converse, paint and potter in my garden and have a 'thing' about turquoise and blue glass spheres!
